Our magnesium alloy chips are purpose-engineered for thixomolding, enabling efficient semi-solid processing and consistent performance. When heated to a semi-solid state, they provide excellent flow for precise mold filling of complex geometries, while minimizing oxidation and material loss. The result is lightweight, high-precision components with improved process efficiency and material utilization.

Rheogreen is equivalent to your ADC12 Alloy, but with lower carbon footprint, and lower cost. It offers high thermal conductivity alongside excellent castability. VerdeAL™ is the result of years of research and development, combining our green metal production assets with advanced alloy design technology to create a product that meets the demands of both performance and planet.
VerdeALTM has an ultra-low carbon footprint of less than 1.5 t CO2e per t Aluminum produced. Despite its ultra-low carbon footprint, VerdeAL delivers castability and mechanical performance fully comparable to conventional alloys, with notably enhanced consistency across batches.
Each batch of VerdeAL™ will be accompanied by a standard Certificate of Analysis issued by Trialco Aluminum (a PSW Group Company), now enhanced with verified carbon footprint and recycled content data supported by a trusted third-party platform.

On top of the ultra-low carbon footprint feature, PSW's VerdeAl™ – NH alloys are heat-treatment free. They are engineered to achieve required mechanical properties directly during casting or forming, eliminating the need for additional thermal processing.
