As part of PSW’s and Trialco Aluminum’s commitment to sustainable innovation, we are proud to introduce VerdeAL™ — an ultra-low-carbon, high-performance aluminum alloy developed to support the future of green manufacturing.
The Creation
VerdeAL™ is the result of years of research and development, combining green metal production assets with advanced alloy design technology. Through closed-loop recycling, AI-enhanced scrap selection, and advanced metal treatment techniques, we’ve maximized the use of low-carbon recycled material without compromising quality. We applied Integrated Computational Materials Engineering (ICME) to design new, optimized alloy chemistries specifically for high-pressure die casting (HPDC) structural applications.
