MagReTech Purchasing Terms and Conditions

These terms apply exclusively to all purchases by MagReTech, LLC (“Buyer”) from Sellers of Supplies.

Offer and Acceptance

Each purchase order (“Order”) is an offer to Seller. Seller accepts by commencing work, accepting in writing, or other conduct recognizing a contract. Any additional or different terms proposed by Seller are expressly rejected.

Shipping and Payment

Shipping terms: D.D.P. to Buyer’s designated facility. Payment within ninety (90) days of proper invoice receipt. Time is of the essence for all deliveries. Seller agrees to 100% on-time delivery of quantities specified.

Quality and Inspection

Buyer may enter Seller’s facility to inspect at any time. Acceptance does not relieve Seller of warranty obligations. Supplies subject to inspection and testing at Buyer’s facility before final acceptance.

Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
